SERGEANT HARRY K. BRIGGS was born in 1927. Before entering the United States Army he lived at 42 Wilson Avenue in the Amber Terrace neighborhood of Pine Hill NJ. He had served during World War II. 

Sergeant Briggs was a member of the 512th Military Police Company, 40th Infantry Division. Initially listed as missing in action, Sergeant Briggs was killed in action while fighting the enemy in South Korea on August 16, 1950.
