SEAMAN SECOND CLASS EDWARD GANGLOFF was born December 12, 1925. He was serving aboard the USS Honolulu when died of injuries received in action on October 20, 1944. His death was reported in the January 12, 1945 edition of the Camden Courier-Post. He was survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank John Gangloff, of Center Avenue in West Berlin NJ. His body was returned home aboard the USAT George W.G. Boyce in 1948, and he was buried in Berlin Cemetery, in Berlin NJ on June 30 of that year.
